Moorage requests can exceed the three-day limit , however, the three day rule may apply should another member arrive during your moorage period. Should two vessels exceed the three night limit, the first vessel to arrive is the first vessel to leave. Members must be moored up or have made reservations for that day prior to 1500 hours. Unreserved or unoccupied space may be rented by SBM to other guests. SBM agrees to move any non-members off the BYC facility by 10:00 hours the following day. Dinghies used to occupy a berth for a member’s return or arrival is not permitted. Rafting of vessels is permitted. Outstation Regulations apply at all BYC outstations, but the direction of our hosts, Lorne and Shawn Brown supersedes these regulations at Shawl Bay. Your Club burgee must be flown at all times. There are cabins for rent, fresh produce, groceries, etc. available at this location. Please contact Lorne or Shawn for details. The marina office is open from 0700 to 2100 hours throughout the summer should you decide to call ahead. Phone number is 250-483-4169.
